THC Vape size run — with test results
A THC vape programme only works when three numbers agree: your shelf price, your reorder cycle and your defect tolerance. Change one and the plan moves. We build assortments around those three and we say so up front rather than after the invoice.

Building an assortment that actually turns
We work with dropshippers who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.
When you compare suppliers for THC vape, ask for the last three production dates on the same SKU. If the answers are vague, the specification is not being held and the next batch will not match the sample you approved.
A practical starting order for dropshippers is 240 units across two or three SKUs, not 240 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Simple habits that lift velocity
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep THC vape products at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Price breaks and payment terms
A landed cost sheet for THC vape has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
We publish a realistic band of 3.22 to 9.79 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
Where defects actually come from
Every batch is pulled from running production, not from a display shelf. We check draw resistance, airflow balance, charge behaviour, leak performance after a temperature shift, finish quality and carton integrity, and we keep the pull records against the order number.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.

Frequently asked
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How long does production take?
Around 28 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
