THC Vape mouthpiece glossary guide
A THC vape programme only works when three numbers agree: your shelf price, your reorder cycle and your defect tolerance. Change one and the plan moves. We build assortments around those three and we say so up front rather than after the invoice.

The reorder is the real test
We work with dropshippers who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.
Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
Batch consistency and why it matters
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Building an assortment that actually turns
Most dropshippers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
A practical starting order for dropshippers is 240 units across two or three SKUs, not 240 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
How the price is actually built
Unit price breaks usually land at 240, 600 and 1200 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
We publish a realistic band of 3.34 to 9.73 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Specification summary
| Volume | 0.5 ml |
| Hardware | Cotton core |
| Thread | Proprietary pod |
| Airflow | Adjustable |
| Window | Full glass |
| Packaging | Blister |
| Minimum order | 50 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 30 working days after artwork approval |
None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.
Frequently asked
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 240 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
